To address the ongoing accusations and claims against me, I would first like to point out that the only point of view that has been shared so far has been Dylan's. Dylan's narrative has been twisted and manipulated to paint me in a negative light over the last few months, over something I already addressed and was punished for. Now I would like to share not just my perspective, but what actually happened, leaving no details out and not 'cherry picking' information.

In May of last year, Dylan and I engaged in an eRP as mentioned above. However, contrary to what has been spread in ongoing rumors, this was our first and only sexual encounter. Dylan was using the nickname MapleSyrup and in the beginning of our dm conversation, I did the action '/me slurps MapleSyrup' which was a common joke between us and others whenever that nickname was being used. He responded by telling me to 'sip gently' and then 'sip more' and then to 'explain [my] slurping'. This put me under the assumption that he wanted something sexual. But at the same time, we were talking about a maple syrup bottle. He assumed it was his dick, I assumed it was just a bottle being treated like a dick. I went with it because I didn't think it was serious and Dylan had clearly encouraged me to engage.

As mentioned, a screenshot was shared with my best friend at the time, yes. However, the screenshot did not contain explicit detailing of our rp, it was simply the first few messages in our dms where I had done 'slurps MapleSyrup’ up to where he told me to 'explain [my] slurping' and I did. As I said, the screenshot was shared with my best friend, who I told everything to and trusted to keep things private between us. I told her me and Dylan were engaging in an rp and some of the word choices being used were making me cringe. The way some people cringe at the word 'moist', I felt about 'slurp and slop'.

My intentions behind sharing the screenshot were not malicious and were not to insult Dylan's character. He was my friend at the time and I thought we were doing something unserious for jokes, so I shared it with our mutual friend, who was my best friend, as I have stated, because I thought I was sharing something funny and weird Dylan and I had mutually consented to do. Only one screenshot was shared and my conversation with the person whom I shared it with lasted all of 5 minutes and was moved on from and forgotten very quickly.

What I didn't know at the time was that a few weeks later, the one person I had shared the screenshot with shared it with someone else while engaging in a conversation about Dylan. That third party, who did not like me and was actively spreading rumors about me, then went around sharing the screenshot with multiple others whilst simultaneously spreading the rumor that my best friend and I were 'fucking people for clout', which was extremely untrue.

In June, said rumor reached Dylan which put him under the assumption that he was included in the people I 'fucked for clout'. This is where the screenshot Dylan has been spreading around recently comes into play. He reached out to me and accused me of 'fucking [him] for clout when [I] suckled on [his] bottle of syrup and then showed people to show that [I] did'. I told Dylan whoever told him that information was lying. And he told me there were screenshots. So I told him honestly that the only person I had told was my best friend at the time, and that I did not do it to 'brag' or 'for clout', I showed minimum detail, and I didn't even know the rp was serious enough to be considered 'fucking'. I also informed him that 'fucking people for clout' quite literally goes against my sexuality, for I am demisexual and only engage in anything remotely sexual, joking or not, with people I am emotionally attached to. If I was truly 'fucking for clout' then that would insinuate I have no care for my partner and would just be using them. That was not the case and has never been the case for me.

After speaking honestly with Dylan, he then told me that it wasn't my best friend that had told him, and he honestly did not hear his name dropped, he was just assuming he was one of the people on the list. This upset me greatly because he had convinced me someone had told him incorrect information. But he was lying in order to get me to give him the information directly. This is a form of manipulation, which is something I learned would come up again many times with Dylan.

After that conversation in June, my friendship with Dylan ended because I did not like being manipulated by someone I thought I was friends with. In the following months, it became more and more obvious that we were no longer friends because Dylan became hostile towards me and was continuously disrespecting me. As he was a fellow staff member, I reported his behavior to Fudster, who told Dylan to leave me alone, which he agreed he would do. I wanted to put Dylan on ignore, but was heavily discouraged from doing so because staff ignoring staff creates more problems.

However, in January of this year, there was another incident in which Dylan and I engaged in an argument which led to Dylan's first accusation of me 'taking advantage' of him. He accused me of 'catfishing [him] into a sext rp' that he only went along with to 'try and pleasure' me. This confused me for multiple reasons. First, I never catfished anyone, I've never sent pictures that do not belong to me, nor have I pretended to be someone I am not. Second, I did not understand why a situation from May/June of last year was suddenly being brought up again when it had been settled and moved on from when it initially happened.

I brought the argument into a private staff channel, informing Dylan that his accusations and sudden mentioning of drama was not okay, especially as a staff member, to be brought up in the main channel. This caused a very big argument that lasted a total of 7 hours, in which I was called a 'bitch' and a 'bully' and told I 'deserve nothing'. He hurled insults at me all night long and not once did I stoop to his level of throwing insults. Dylan's narrative changed and he claimed I had 'screenshot the rp to brag to [my] personal channels' on LewdChat and on Discord 'to make fun of [him] about how [much of a] degenerate [he] was'. Even though I had already told him myself 7 months ago that I only shared the screenshot with one person, and nowhere in said conversation about the screenshot did we degrade or insult Dylan. I asked Dylan for the proof he claimed he had and did not receive any. I asked Dylan to provide proof of the multiple parties he claimed I told, and instead of providing proof he switched to telling Fudster to just 'ban [him] already'. These actions happened again and again, where Dylan was asked for proof, didn't provide any, and then deflected.

I offered to explain the situation in its entirety to fellow operators. I sent 50 unedited screenshots, dating as far back as May 8th 2022, which is when the rp between Dylan and I originally occurred, up until December 16th 2022, which was the last time I had reported Dylan to Fudster for belittling and harassing me. Dylan had not brought up the rp between us until this January incident. It had not been spoken of since June 2022.

After 3 fellow operators were sent the 50 screenshots, it was said that although I was at fault for initially sharing the screenshot, it was clear I had no malicious intent in doing so, and only when the screenshot was shared between third parties was it seen as bullying.

I even took it upon myself to reach out to the person that I had originally shared the screenshot with to ask her to confirm if she had told anyone. She openly admitted to sharing the screenshot with someone else during a discussion of ‘weird things Dylan’s done’. The other person then began to spread it around to others with added rumors, as I have previously mentioned.

So yes, I admitted and still admit to the fault of initially sharing it, however, the screenshot being shared by third parties was not in my control, which I told fellow staff members and they agreed with. This, however, made Dylan unhappy and he continued to be disrespectful towards me in the staff channel, calling me a ‘garbage person’ and accusing me of manipulating the operators in private.

Fudster then wanted proof of Dylan disrespecting me in the main channel, which I provided, and to which Dylan said ‘good luck’ getting proof because ‘[he] disrespect[s] everyone in public’. This is not how a staff member should act towards people. Not only disrespecting fellow staff, but openly admitting to disrespecting everyone is not something staff should be represented by, which is why I then mentioned that Dylan should be removed from staff. And even then, Dylan continued to be disrespectful and continued insulting me. He was asked to stop by multiple staff, including Fudster, and wouldn’t. He was told multiple times that he was wrong but refused to accept it because he was convinced he was right.

After hours of fighting, I got to the point where I just wanted him to leave me alone. I was begging staff to make him stop, but he wouldn’t. I said I would put him on ignore, but I was told I wasn’t allowed to for staff purposes. In the end, both Dylan and I were muted to end the argument. I was then demoted from operator to moderator because of my behavior and initial sharing of the screenshot. I had admitted to doing it, and whether my intentions were malicious or not, it was wrong and I paid the price for it. My removal from staff was also considered, but Dylan himself said he did not want me removed from staff, so my punishment ended at being demoted. However, Dylan received no punishment for his behavior, which I thought was unfair.

Now, as ultra mentioned in the forum post, previous incidents where staff members were reported did result in investigation and ultimately the removal of those staff members. However, those incidents revolved around staff members leading on, manipulating and emotionally abusing, as well as coercing multiple women into engaging in eRP and sending sexually explicit pictures/videos. Multiple people made reports against those staff members and plenty of evidence was provided, which resulted in their removal and bans. In the case of Dylan and I, despite contrary beliefs, the only person investigated and punished was me, as of January this year. Dylan was given the excuse of ‘that’s just how Dylan is’ and was allowed to continue on as a staff member despite my multiple reports against him over the span of 7 months.

Weeks after my demotion, I was offered my position as operator again because help was needed and I was the only active moderator qualified enough to help. I would like to mention that just because I admitted to sharing one screenshot I shouldn’t have, does not mean I would break staff rules and share private information that I am able to view as an operator. I do not go against staff rules and try my best to be a good representation for staff, hence why I am still a staff member to this date.

After my incidents with Dylan, another staff member began to have issues with Dylan. She would point out errors he would make, such as copying and pasting private staff information in the main channels, or banning people without proper reasoning. Each time she brought it to attention, he would fight back until finally dropping it after making sexual comments towards her. He then started taking his sexual advances further by tagging her in his nudes, which he did to me as well. Both her and I explicitly said we were uncomfortable with his sexual advances, which he ignored.

Fights between the three of us began to break out in staff channels because Dylan’s behavior towards us was not okay. And it ultimately got to the point where after Dylan was called out for not doing his job correctly for the umpteenth time, Fudster decided to remove Dylan, a decision all staff members agreed with.

Dylan’s behavior after his removal from staff became increasingly worse. Any time I spoke, he would make a petty comment in response to it. He would call me names and insult me in the main channels. It got to the point where I begged staff to let me put him on ignore. They finally allowed me to and I was told that other staff would deal with Dylan’s behavior. Dylan was warned multiple times to stop harassing staff members, yet Dylan continued to harass people and after being reported by multiple people, as well as showing no improvement in his behavior by abusing the report channel just to insult me and other users (for example, calling me and someone else ‘a cancer’), Dylan was ultimately banned.

Over the course of time since Dylan was removed from staff, his narrative of what happened between him and I in regards to the maple syrup rp changed multiple times. He accused me of forcing him into that rp, then he accused me of being a sexual predator, and now he is accusing me of sexually assaulting/raping him.

Dylan has been telling multiple of my friends that I also share screenshots of my conversations with them, which I have proven again and again to be untrue. He also has been spreading rumors that I am an ‘illegal immigrant’ and he ‘tried to help [me] get [my] green card’. He only says this because I am Mexican, and calling a Mexican an illegal immigrant simply because of their ethnicity is extremely prejudiced. This is also not the first incident of Dylan making racist remarks.

As mentioned earlier, Dylan has been asked many times by many staff members to provide proof of every claim he has made. He has failed to do so each time. And in the time since he has been banned, he has evaded that ban over 10 times, doing so multiple times a day in order to spam channels with his twisted narrative.

It has gotten to the point where he has manipulated the story so much that a post like Ultra’s is being made, by someone who wasn’t even involved in any of the situations and has only heard Dylan’s side. Ultra has been defending his actions and defending his ban evading while pushing the narrative that I have 'sexually assaulted' Dylan and shared 'revenge porn' as a way of 'abusing [my] power', in an attempt to get me removed from staff and banned for something she knows ⅓ the story about. And it has gotten to the point where she joined a vc where one of my friends who has defended me was listening to music just to berate him. This behavior is not okay and should not be tolerated on LewdChat.

I have done my best to recount the entirety of this situation from beginning to current events in order to debunk the misinformation being spread. I have included direct quotes from screenshots and archived conversations on both LewdChat and Discord, from my own archives and the archives of many others. I am simply asking for these rumors to be dropped because they are not true in the slightest. I would like this situation to be moved on from. Thank you.

ANNNNYWAY.

I first joined lewdchat in january and i've pretty much become a regular by now. At first I joined to explore my sexuality (demisexual, so those no strings attached emotionless hook ups aint my thing, as i have figured out), but then I became attached to some people and made a lot of friends and have stayed ever since. I have learned a lot about myself and about life through the people I've met on LC, which sounds weird considering it is a sexting website............but you get my point. I think the reason I like being on LC so much is because it's truly a welcoming community.. well, welcoming to those who deserve to be welcomed. I also cherish it because of the friends I get to talk to and the laughs we get to share cuz some of y'all fr make me cry-laugh. As said on the LC twitter "come for the hornies, stay for the homies."

Since I've been a regular for some months, over time I've become very familiar with the rules and I try to help out as much as I can with enforcing them (despite having no power to actually resolve issues). I do admit that I have had my share of rule breaking and drama involvement, but I've learned my lesson from those situations. I've learned to be completely honest and I've learned that open communication with staff is what will keep this place sane. I've also grown to understand that not every rule comes with an exception, so I will never make such mistakes as in the past again.

The main reason I would like to be a mod is because LC has become a safe space for me and I'd like to make it a safe space for others as well by enforcing rules and keeping away the bots, the uu's, the catfish, the assholes, etc.

Not to toot my own horn buuut I think I'd be a great mod. I'm typically very quick to spot uu's, I try my best to stop people from fighting and make reports when needed, and I'm active at times when most other mods aren't around so I think it'd be very beneficial to have me on the mod team. I also am a good leader, and I get along with most people. I've always been a reliable person that anyone is welcome to come to for casual conversations, advice, venting, etc., and I still would love to be that person for everyone, but with the added ability to help resolve LC related issues.
