Thank you for formalizing a summary. It was discouraging to see staff argue in public channels and hopefully, there are controls to shut those down faster in the (unlikely but possible) event it might happen again. I feel for those who were new to the site on those days; main is fast & confusing on a good day. Looking forward to consistent & reliable monitoring; I know it's a thankless job, but someone has to do it so the rest of us can play safely.

@issac696 Well of course. The more often one returns and if you use the same nickname, the more familiar you become. When people get used to seeing you regularly, they tend to relax more around you.
