I don't put up with bullshit, I don't play favorites, I'm not swayed by your cutsey acts and I don't want to fuck any of you.
When I'm working, I'm up and when I want to chat, I'm down. I will try to pay attention when I'm up, but I'm old, sometimes I nap, ping me and l'll cum running... or walking at a brisk pace

I've been op in high volume channels across the major servers for more than 20 years, starting with the MSN (Microsoft network) back in the late 90's, and they had strict guidelines to work from.
When op, I keep the peace and I'm not here to make friends, but I look out for those who ask for help, and I make sure the rules are followed. I'll also argue to have rules adjusted or changed if they're ineffective. You won't know, because it's not your business, it's staff only.
